EXPERIENCE
- R 2022 - now Research Fellow – Robotic Design and Development Institute of Mechanical Intelligence – Italy I led R&D in wearable robotics and soft exoskeleton technologies. My responsibilities included designing and optimizing robotic mechanisms using Inventor and simulation tools, as well as leading the prototyping and testing of rehabilitation and assistive devices. I also actively contributed to peer-reviewed publications and cutting-edge research initiatives.
- M 0222 - 2024 Mechanical Design Engineer Wearable Robotics – Italy In this role, I designed medical-grade robotic systems, ensuring compliance with EU and FDA standards. My work significantly improved the functionality and efficiency of commercial exoskeleton products.
- D 2021 - 2022 Design Engineer Baal Industries Co – Iran As a Design Engineer, I developed CAD models for Jetways and various mechanical structures using SolidWorks. I was responsible for preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), focusing on material optimization for both cost efficiency and sustainability, and created comprehensive manufacturing documentation and technical drawings.
- F 2017 - 2021 Funder - CEO - Mechanical Engineer Borna Tech As the Founder and CEO of Borna, I successfully secured funding to develop two patented assistive robots designed to enhance mobility and independence for wheelchair users. I managed all project phases, from initial prototyping to assembly processes. My role involved designing and analyzing components using Autodesk Inventor and applying GD&T principles. I also conducted performance testing and feasibility analysis to maximize ROI, and led cross-disciplinary teams while coordinating communications with suppliers.
